If there is an issue with an app, please promptly report it to us at Support@KillerBytesGames.com or use our contact form, so we can address this appropriately. You will receive a response promptly to acknowledge the error and if applicable, that its been fixed and will be available on the market shortly. Also, it is recommended to routinely restart your device for maximum performance. If the application will not start on its initial launch, try restarting your device prior to contacting our support team.
Testing apps is the responsibility of the user and we do not offer refunds for purchases unless there is the unfortunate instance of an unfixable error in the application.
